One can also report spam website to Google by using Google Webmaster Tools and Google Chrome Extension.

Google has urged to immediately submit a spam website that is still ranking after the latest Penguin webspam algorithm through spam report form.

Matt Cutts, head of the webspam team at Google recently announced to submit the spammy sites that Penguin 2.0 update missed.
